1000-Round Torture Test: SIG P365, Action Target & CrossBreed Holsters
The video calls it “torture testing.” CrossBreed calls it “Thursday.”
Is there anything more fun than seeing whether or not a gun, its holster, and the target can stand up to 1,000 rounds? (Well, maybe getting 1,000 rounds of free ammunition…but we’ll get to that in a moment!) In this video, CrossBreed Holsters, the SIG P365, and Action Targets’ steel spinners go head-to-headstamp in a cool 1K-round challenge. Check it out…and when you’re done…

Enter to win a $500 CrossBreed gift card with our Self-Defense Spring $7K Guns & Gear Giveaway!
At the center of the Self-Defense Spring $7K Guns & Gear Giveaway are two of the most desirable (and hard-to-find) defensive guns on the market: the Daniel Defense DDM PDW chambered in .300 Blackout, and the Magnum Research Baby Eagle III. It doesn’t stop there, though; we’re also offering 1,000 rounds of GunPrime PMC 124 gr FMJ 9mm Luger Ammo. Then there is the gorgeous WeKnife Minax folder, the Viridian HS1 Hand Stop laser (hmm, that would fit nicely on the Daniel Defense PDW, wouldn’t it), AR 500 body armor, hearing protection from AXIL, a $500 gift card to the nation’s top gunleather experts at CrossBreed, Action Target spinning steel targets, a $250 gift card from our very own XDMAN and a Gold membership to the Personal Defense Network.

Purchased my P365 3+ years ago to replace my CCW, a PPK/S, of 25 years. I could no longer make out the sights in low light drills. I’ve been extremely happy with the SIG. I carry Hornady Critical Duty +P’s and the P365 handles them without a hiccup.
I bought my Sig P365 (subcompact) after the model’s initial rollout issue had been resolved. I have never looked back. It has been so good that I retired my beloved previous EDC–a Walther PPKs–to honorary status. As for holster, I have never needed anything as fancy as a Crossbreed. A lower-priced DeSantis IWB–with its spare mag pouch–is my default, with a modestly-priced shoulder (cross-chest) rig a close second.
I had to buy a mag loader. the mags are seriously hard to load since the follower hang on the release notch .
Thanks to MagLula. Great little gun.
you guys are to be congratulated for doing this test since right now it would cost about as much to buy a 365 as it would be to buy 1000 rds. of ammo!! (if you could find that much!!) thanks!
