Best-Named Barnyard Boot: DungHo!

No, it’s not my ex-wife’s nickname … it’s my new barn boot!
Same sh*t, better boot!
Poop, as we have all been told, happens. What’s more, it continues to happen whether or not it’s cold and nasty out there. The folks at Dryshod know this, and have created the new 100% waterproof DungHo Max Gusset boot—a farm and ranch boot that’ll serve everyone who needs to tramp through the same old stuff to get to the different day. They’ve listened to what we really need: a larger calf pipe with a locking strap so we can tuck our pants into the boot and then (miracle of miracles) have them actually remain tucked in. (I know! Crazy, right?)
Of course, of all the things you may encounter on your farm, the dung is actually the least of your worries. ChemFlex Rubber technology offers protection from barnyard chemicals and acids. This makes the boot more resistant to the tough conditions farmers and ranchers work in every day.
Another key feature is the DungHo Max Gusset’s multiple layers of warmth and protection. In addition to the chemical-resistant rubber overlay and 5.5mm DENSOPRENE foam insulated bootie, the DungHo Max Gusset includes a 2.5mm DENSOPRENE XD (extreme density) full wrap layer that adds extra insulation to the entire foot, 2mm 4-way stretch breathable airmesh lining, and a 2mm fleece lining. Aside from the all-day-wear comfort provided by these multiple performance layers, the DENSOPRENE®, airmesh, and fleece construction also give the DungHo Max Gusset a functional temperature range down to -50° F, making it perfectly suited for the most extreme cold-weather work environments.
Since cold temperatures often mean slippery conditions, the DungHo Max Gusset is built to grip challenging surfaces. The aggressive rubber tread features high void blocks and siping to ensure a solid grip in snow, frozen mud, or anywhere traction proves difficult. Available in men’s sizes 7-14.
