Jellystone Park, Pennsylvania

The campground has a large number of RV and tent sites available for renting. Spread over 52 acres of open, natural parks with woods and multiple gold courses, the Vineyards Campground is a great spot for family picnics and camping trips.

The campground is next to a number of sandy beaches with a wide stretch of ocean view as well as lakes for swimming, fishing and boating. Multiple trails run through the park and offer a good opportunity for hiking as well.

Ventura Ranch KOA, California


Situated close to the coastal hills of Santa Paula, the Ventura Ranch KOA lies just north of Los Angeles and is a popular family campground on the west coast. The campground features more than 300 camping sites, with separate space reserved for tent or RV camping.

The ranch has a number of tourist attractions such as a 25 foot rock wall, a checkerboard that covers an entire field and hiking trails spread throughout the park. The camp also runs classes teaching kids rocket building, gem mining, shirt making and dying clothes.

Camp Gulf, Florida


Located in northwest Florida, Camp Gulf offers a wide range of activities such as swimming, fishing, boating, dining, shopping and gold. The resort open to amazing sandy beaches and boasts one of the best water parks in Florida with huge slides.

Lake Rudolph, Indiana


This camping site is situated right next to the famous Holiday World & Splashin’ Safari resort. This makes it a perfect camping site for families planning to visit the water park. Lake Rudolph Campground and Resort has plenty of campsites for RV as well as tent based camping locations. This park is included in the list of top 10 family camping grounds in the country.

The camp has over 250 vacation spots and rents cottages, cabins and RVs for visitors. Amenities at the campground include Santa’s Splashdown WaterPark nearby, swimming, fishing, paddleboats, basketball courts, horseshoe pits, fishing, gem-mining, game rooms and mini-golf.

Buffalo Lake Camping Resort, Wisconsin
