Safari Club International Wildlife Museum Closes, Auctions Taxidermy

“I tracked him through miles of wilderness before finally taking him down with my bare hands, yes indeedy”
Most hunters will never see an animal like this in the wild … but if you want to pretend you did, now’s your chance!
The International Wildlife Museum of the Safari Club International Foundation permanently closed on December 31, 2023. The museum housed nearly 2,000 taxidermy mounts and skulls. In the wake of this closure, The SCIF Board has approved the sale of specimens not protected under the Endangered Species Act, Migratory Bird Treaty Act, or Marine Mammal Protection Act. The proceeds from these sales will support SCIF’s Conservation and Education efforts.
Lolli Livestock Inc. will facilitate the sale of these items through their auctions and website. The first auction will take place on July 11, 2024, starting at 9:00 a.m.

Full-body chamois mount starts at $350
As a gesture of appreciation, SCIF Members and Chapter Members are entitled to a 10% discount on all purchases. Pink tag items are available for pre-purchase for interested buyers, while blue tag items will be exclusively sold through the auction process. Each SCIF mount is identified with a tag number followed by SCIF—for instance, B2528-SCIF.
You can view the available pink tag taxidermy items at http://www.lollibros.com/taxidermy/pink-tag-taxidermy-blow-out and the blue tag items at http://www.lollibros.com/taxidermy/blue-tag-taxidermy.
